Our Policies and Payment Terms
- Payment terms are 50% at time of sign up.
- 100% due 21 days prior to class start.
- We accept personal checks, business checks and credit cards.
- If you cancel at least 21 days before class, 100% refund less
an administrative fee of $200.00
- If you cancel at least 15 to 20 days before class, 60% refund.
- If you cancel with less than 14 days before the start of class, no refund just
the chance to reschedule at a later time.
- You can always reschedule at no penalty up to 7 days beforehand. After that,
the
penalty fee is negotiable depending on our ability to fill your seat.
- We reserve the right to cancel a class at any time for any reason.
We will try to give you 30 days notice of the cancellation. We are not
responsible for any travel expenses you have incurred if we give you at least
15 days notice.
- No refunds once class has begun, no exceptions.
- No refunds on test vouchers purchased.
- If your books are shipped to you and then you decide to cancel, we will charge
you the full retail price of the book sets you received. We will not take any
books back.
