Our Guarantee at Microsoft University

We offer a guarantee that if you do not pass all of your exams, and you want to take the course or a portion of the course again, you can do so one time within 1 year of the class starting date for free. You can retake the same course you took the first time. You have one year to do this, as long as the course is still being taught.

Be careful near the transition from one certification to another. Like Windows 2003 training changing over to Windows 2008 training. If you take the Windows 2003 training, you can only retake the Windows 2003 training, not the Windows 2008 training when it begins.

We try very hard to make sure our students are ready before an exam. Our instructors are available from 7 AM to 11 PM each day. We will help the student in any way we can to prepare. However, we can't do it for them.

If a school guarantees that you will pass your exams, then you should be very leery of that school.

No one can guarantee that you will pass your exams except you, and only you.
